Security & recovery

Self-custody means you are responsible for backup, device security, and verifying destinations — Xendra cannot recover a lost phrase.

• Your recovery phrase is the master key. Store it offline. Never photograph it to cloud storage.
• Enable a strong passcode on the app or extension.
• Verify addresses character-by-character for large transfers.
• Xendra support will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, or passcode.
• If you believe your phrase is compromised, move funds to a new wallet with a fresh phrase as soon as possible.
