No. You control your recovery phrase. We cannot recover it if you lose it.

App vs extension — which should I use?

Use the app on iPhone, iPad, and Mac for the native experience. Use the extension if desktop Chrome is where you work. Many users run both.

Why don’t I see a chain yet?

New networks roll out in stages. Check the roadmap and Supported networks; swap and browser support often follow wallet support.
