02What a degraded service means
Nothing on this page can stop you from spending your own coins. Your keys are on your device and the networks are public.
- Indexer down: balances may be stale. Sending still works, and you can point the app at your own node.
- Price feed down: fiat values disappear, crypto amounts stay exact.
- Quote service down: swaps and bridges are unavailable in-app. Plain sends are unaffected.
- Energy service down: Tron transfers fall back to burning TRX, which costs more. The app warns before you sign.
03Recent incidents
18 Jul 2026 — Solana quote latency
A provider upgrade doubled quote latency for 2 hours 14 minutes. Quotes were slow but correct. No funds affected. We now fail over on latency, not just on errors.
2 Jun 2026 — EVM fee estimates too low
One RPC in the pool reported stale base fees for 38 minutes, causing 1,140 underpriced transactions to sit pending. All confirmed after users bumped fees, which the app now offers automatically. We added a cross-check that discards any estimate more than 25% below the pool median.
11 Apr 2026 — Extension update stall
A store review delay held 4.6.1 for three days. No security impact. Direct downloads with published hashes were available throughout.
04Getting told first
Subscribe to the status feed at xendra.xyz/status.rss, or follow the release channel. Incidents affecting funds are announced in the app itself, and we publish a post-mortem within seven days.
